Custom Wedding Programs...A First

This is one of the many reasons I haven't posted in a while...

180 custom handmade wedding programs and 18 custom place cards to match. A huge Thank You to my mom for helping me finish them. Did I mention that these were handmade? All 180 of them? I think it took me a total of 10 hours (over the course of a few days) to complete the order. This was my first big custom job and I had a blast doing it. Let's hope this is the first of many big custom jobs.

Glass Beach

For our trip to Mexico last month, I hunted high and low for the perfect passport wallet. Yes...I could have just stuck my passport, boarding pass, driver's license and credit card in my regular wallet but I wanted to spend some money and get something new. I found the perfect item to fit the bill...

This passport wallet was created just for me by the lovely Etsy store Glass Beach. The shop owner was so awesome to work with and super quick! I just love my passport wallet and I got so many complements on it while on vacation. It can even be used as a regular wallet! Back In Business

After a much needed vacation, I am now back in business. I've been so busy with life lately that I haven't had much time to craft. We now have a potty trained 2 year old. That took alot out of me. More than I had thought it would. We also went on a vacation to Mexico.

I hope to be back in action with new card listings on Studio M in the next couple of days. I have a few custom projects that I'm working on too so be on the lookout for those. And maybe I'll have another giveaway soon. Until then...

Winners

Congrats to Aubrey and Lisa for 'winning' a Thanks card set each. I think I'm going to start calling these sets my signature set b/c I just love to make them. I made about 40 in one evening and kept most of them for myself. I get selfish sometimes with my projects. Sorry for lack of posting here and on Etsy. I have been busy with day to day things. I now have a 2 year old who is potty trained and who has moved out of a baby nursery and into a big boy room. It's bittersweet. We've been rather busy and I don't see it slowing down anytime til August. Jeesh! But by all means keep buying cards and ordering custom ones. I'm never too busy to whip up a card for ya! Well it's been a long day/week and my bed is calling to me. There's no shame in calling it a day at 9 pm is there?

Busy Busy

I've been so busy lately that I haven't had time to sit down and create anything new. The last project I did was the custom graduation card and that feels like 2 months ago. I hope to get back in the swing of things but summer is here and our calendar is booked already. Not to mention potty training is in our near future. I have a feeling my little 2.5 year old is going to need ALL my attention for this venture. So I promise to try to get some new cards up if you promise to buy some old ones. The more I sell the more I'm motivated to make new product. I'm even willing to give away a 'Thanks' card set ($7.25 value) to the first 2 people to comment on here.
